Research Development Services Faculty Fellow
Research Development Services (RDS) has a 25 percent Faculty Fellow appointment available to advance the early career development of faculty researchers.
The RDS Faculty Fellow provides professional development supporting leadership and interdisciplinary research success. The position will create, deliver, and organize workshops and seminars on topics such as team building and supervision, supporting the research enterprise, enabling faculty success, creating collaborative conditions, and communicating research, including the dissemination of interdisciplinary-research findings. The fellow will develop online tools, templates, and guidance documents.
Duties: Assist in the development and implementation of leadership curriculum/training, including supporting ASCEND Research Leadership Fellows.
The Faculty Fellow position is funded at 25 percent effort distributed over 11 months. Funding for the position is for one year from the start date with the understanding that the position is renewable pending available funding and overall satisfactory performance.
The position is open to current Texas A&M associate or full professors. Preference is for the individual to reside at the College Station campus. Interested parties should send an email to vpr@tamu.edu and include the following:
