An important component of postdoctoral training is learning how to develop mentoring partnerships. At times you are a mentee, looking to your faculty mentor for guidance and support. At other times you are a mentor, as you supervise the training of undergraduate and graduate students. In this interactive seminar, we will outline important components of mentoring partnerships. We will also help you identify strategies for building healthy and productive relationships as a mentee and mentor.

Presented by:

Dr. Teresa Wilcox, Faculty Research Fellow, Division of Research
