Flow Cytometry Facility-Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences

The mission of the Texas A&M University Flow Cytometry Facility is to provide the highest quality flow cytometry data, imaging flow cytometry data, data analysis and cell sorting services for the faculty and staff of The Texas A&M University System and surrounding universities and companies. We currently provide training for flow cytometer (analyzer) and imaging flow cytometer use and data analysis using the FlowJo and IDEAS software. We also provide staff-assisted flow cytometry (analyzer) and imaging flow cytometry data acquisition, cell sorting, and data analysis. The core provides experimental design and consultation services. We also welcome collaborations on a case by case basis.
