Disclosure Process in Huron

Huron Research Suite is a disclosure system that is used to centralize Financial Conflicts of Interest disclosures (previously in Maestro), Conflict of Commitment disclosures, and Faculty Consulting/External Employment approval requests.

Training:

Training is available to all employees. We have scheduled the below trainings; however, please reach out to our office if you would like to schedule a separate training for your office.
 
**General Audience Demonstrations: in these sessions, we will cover how to submit both a Disclosure and a Pre-Approval Request (PAR).

**Pre-Approval Requests:  In these sessions, we will cover how to submit a Pre-Approval Request.  We will be joined by Faculty Affairs and Human Resources to answer specific questions on whether your activity requires a pre-approval request. Please feel free to submit any questions in advance to coi@tamu.edu

** Pre-Approval Requests for Supervisors, Department Heads, & Deans: In these sessions, we will cover the review and approval process of pre-approval requests (PARs) submitted by your direct reports.
