Disclosure Process in Huron

We are pleased to announce the new disclosure system hosted by Huron Research Suite will be used to centralize Financial Conflicts of Interest, Conflict of Commitment disclosures, and Faculty Consulting/External Employment approval requests. You will log in Huron with your existing NetID/UIN via SSO. The team at the Office of Export Controls, Conflict of Interest, and Responsible Conduct of Research has been working with several departments to set up training for the first time using the Huron system. If you have not received notice of your department’s training, please reach out to coi@tamu.edu to ask about upcoming training. Additionally, during business hours we can be reached at 979.458.2570 or via email at coi@tamu.edu. We appreciate your time, flexibility, and your patience, which is always needed with working in a new system for the first time. We also appreciate any feedback that you could share with us about the process that may help guide others as we get started with this path.
