IRB Meeting Dates & Deadlines for studies requiring full board review

The TAMU HRPP supports the Texas A&M University IRB and the Texas A&M University College of Dentistry IRB. More than minimal risk studies requiring full board review can be submitted anytime during the published submission window. Assignment to an agenda is not automatic and may vary depending on the quality and completeness of the submission, complexity of the project, required ancillary reviews, and responsiveness of the PI to clarifications.

Studies that involve minimal risk are eligible for expedited or exempt review and can be submitted at any time. For questions regarding the risk-level of a study, contact your IRB Coordinator.

Texas A&M University IRB

The Texas A&M IRB generally * meets on the first and third Wednesday of the month.

* Meeting dates are subject to change around holidays or when quorum is not met.

Texas A&M University College of Dentistry IRB

The Texas A&M College of Dentistry IRB generally * meets on the fourth Thursday of the month.
